About the Role

• 20–40 hours per week available
• Evening and weekend shifts are essential
• Opportunity for additional hours during busy periods
• Immediate start available for the right candidate

What You'll Be Doing

• Washing dishes and maintaining kitchen cleanliness
• Assisting chefs with basic food preparation
• Keeping work areas clean, organised and food-safe
• Receiving and storing deliveries
• Supporting the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during peak periods

What We're Looking For

• Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays
• A reliable and punctual team player with a strong work ethic
• Ability to remain calm and perform under pressure during busy service periods
• Excellent attention to cleanliness and food safety
• Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is desirable but not essential—we're happy to train the right person
