ABOUT THE JOB 🍻

This is a hands-on hospitality role in a busy venue where teamwork, energy, and professionalism are key.

Your shifts may include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service across all areas of the venue

• Serving food and beverages during lunch, dinner, and event service

• Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

• Supporting gaming operations and customer enquiries

• Maintaining strong product knowledge across menus and beverages

• Operating POS systems and handling cash transactions accurately

• Maintaining presentation, cleanliness, and service standards

• Supporting team members across multiple service areas

• Following RSA, venue procedures, and WHS requirements at all times
