ABOUT THE JOB

We’re looking for a hospitality team member who enjoys great service and can confidently work across food, beverage and functions. You’ll help create a welcoming experience for guests and keep service running smoothly.

In this role, you’ll:

• Deliver friendly, attentive service across the venue
• Prepare and serve beverages with care and attention to presentation
• Help set up and run functions and events
• Respond to guest enquiries and work with the team to resolve issues
• Follow responsible service, food safety and workplace safety requirements

ABOUT YOU

You’re a reliable team player who stays positive during busy service and takes pride in making guests feel welcome. You’ll bring:

• Experience in hospitality across food, beverage or functions
• Good beverage knowledge and bar presentation skills
• The flexibility to help in different areas of the hotel
• A current RSA (essential)
• Availability to work evenings and weekends (essential)
