🎯 ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re on the lookout for an F&B Manager to join our leadership team.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead shifts, support your team, and ensure the venue operates smoothly, safely, and to a high standard.

You’ll be:

  • Leading shifts across bar, gaming, and floor operations

  • Delivering exceptional customer experiences and setting the tone on shift

  • Ensuring compliance with gaming, liquor licensing, and venue procedures

  • Coaching, supporting, and developing team members

  • Managing service flow, priorities, and problem-solving in real time

  • Handling cash, reconciliations, and venue reporting

  • Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and safety

  • Supporting the Venue Manager with day-to-day operations

Availability: Flexible across a 7-day roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

You’re someone who:

  • Takes pride in high standards and doing things properly

✅ YOU’LL NEED

  • RSA (Essential)

  • RSG 1 (Essential) *Support in Gaming Room required

  • RSG 2 & 3 (Highly regarded)

  • Previous experience as a Duty Manager or senior hospitality role

  • Strong knowledge of operations and exceptional customer service standards
