🎯 ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re on the lookout for a Gaming Attendant to join our team.

This is a customer-first role where attention to detail, compliance, and creating a welcoming atmosphere are key.

You’ll be:

• Delivering a seamless and enjoyable gaming experience

• Ensuring compliance with all gaming regulations and procedures

• Providing excellent service across the gaming room

• Supporting the bar and F&B team when required

• Handling cash confidently and accurately

• Contributing to a clean, safe, and well-presented venue

Availability: Flexible across a 7-day roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

You’re someone who:

• Naturally delivers great customer service (it’s just how you operate)

• Is reliable, trustworthy, and calm under pressure

• Can work independently but loves being part of a team

• Picks things up quickly and takes pride in doing things properly

• Has strong attention to detail, especially around compliance

• Brings a positive, can-do attitude to every shift

You’ll also need:

• RSA (Essential)

• RSG1 + prior gaming experience (Essential)

• RSG 2 + 3 (Highly regarded)

• Bartending and Barista experience (Preferred)
