We need a dedicated Bottleshop Manager to drive our success as we continue to grow. The RoleWe’re searching for an enthusiastic and motivated leader to oversee our Sip’n’Save bottleshop operations. If you have a strong retail management background, outstanding customer service skills, and a passion for the hospitality industry, we want you! What You’ll Be Doing:Overseeing daily operations, including inventory management, stock rotation, and merchandising. Delivering top-tier customer service and assisting customers with product selection. Maintaining the highest standards in presentation, safety, and organisation. Planning and executing exciting promotional activities with the management team. Recruiting, training, and mentoring staff to create a high-performing team. Driving sales and marketing initiatives to increase revenue. Managing budgets, KPIs, rosters, and wage costs effectively. Ensuring compliance with liquor licensing laws and workplace regulations. Negotiating with suppliers to maximize profitability. Keeping the store environment clean, organized, and inviting.
