About the Role – Casual Front-of-House All-Rounder

We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic hospitality all-rounders, available for 20+ casual hours per week, to support our bar, bistro, gaming and customer service operations.

This role includes:

• Bar service, floor service and customer engagement

• Gaming room support (Keno, TAB, GFR Pro)

• Cash handling

• Maintaining venue presentation and service standards

• Upholding gaming compliance and RSA requirements

• Working across a 7-day roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

Essential

• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)

• Strong customer service skills

• Ability to work autonomously and within a team

• Reliable, trustworthy and positive attitude

• Confidence working in a busy, fast-paced venue

Preferred

• Basic Gaming Certificate

• Experience in a gaming room environment

• Bartending skills

• Keno, TAB or GFR Pro experience

• Strong cash-handling skills

• Well-organised and able to work under pressure

• Quick learner with initiative and enthusiasm
