ABOUT THE JOB 🍻

This is a casual all-rounder role offering 15–35 hours per week, across a flexible 7-day roster.

You’ll work across multiple areas of the venue, building your skills and delivering a great guest experience every shift.

Your role will include:

• Delivering warm, professional customer service
• Taking orders, running food, and supporting service flow
• Preparing and serving beverages, including cocktails
• Supporting gaming operations (training provided if needed)
• Handling cash and using POS systems accurately
• Maintaining clean, organised, and service-ready work areas
• Working closely with the team across bar, kitchen, and floor
• Following RSA, gaming, and WHS requirements at all times
• Supporting upselling and creating great guest experiences

This is a hands-on role where attitude, teamwork, and energy make all the difference.
