THE JOB

As part of our team, you'll engage with a diverse range of patrons, building relationships and creating memorable experiences for them. The vibrant atmosphere, lively conversations, and sense of community make working in our front bar a rewarding experience. 

This casual position requires availability on nights and weekends, approx. 20 hours a week. RSA and previous experience with TAB/Keno operations is essential, updates to training certificates can be provided. 

• Delight guests with your infectious energy and positive attitude.
• Provide exceptional customer service with a smile, ensuring every patron feels welcome and valued.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Master the art of mixing drinks and pouring the perfect pint.
• Provide TAB and Keno services with confidence and accuracy (previous training essential).

ABOUT YOU

• A passion for hospitality and making people happy.
• Exceptional communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• TAB and Keno training is essential.
