We are now looking for friendly, customer-focused, and reliable Gaming Attendants to join our Gaming family! 🎰🍻 ABOUT THE ROLE 👀This role is for our Gaming Room, helping deliver exceptional customer experiences while maintaining a professional, safe, and welcoming environment for all patrons. This is a casual opportunity across a 7-day rotating roster, with approximately 15–30 hours available for the right person. The role is best suited to applicants available for late-night closing shifts and weekends, with shifts running after 3:00am. Don’t stress if you’re newer to hospitality — if you have your RSA, and bring the right attitude and customer service mindset, we can teach the rest 🙌 Your day-to-day may include: Delivering exceptional customer service across gaming and bar areas Assisting patrons with gaming machine enquiries and venue facilities Monitoring gaming areas and ensuring responsible gambling practices are upheld Preparing and serving beverages Handling cash, EFTPOS transactions, and payouts accurately Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards across gaming and bar areas Supporting food and beverage service when required Creating a warm, friendly, and professional atmosphere for guests Working collaboratively with the wider hotel team during busy service periods Maintaining venue ambiance, presentation, and guest comfort standards
ABOUT YOU 💫You’re approachable, positive, and genuinely enjoy working with people from all walks of life. You understand that great hospitality is about creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering service with a smile 😊 We’re looking for people who: Have previous customer service or hospitality experience Are friendly, approachable, and confident communicating with guests Have strong people skills and enjoy meeting new people Are reliable, flexible, and happy working late nights and weekends Thrive in busy environments and remain calm under pressure Have accurate cash-handling and POS skills Bring a team-first attitude and willingness to learn Have strong personal presentation and attention to detail
The following are required (or willingness to obtain): RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) — essential RSG 1 & 2 / RP Badge — preferred but not essential Availability for late-night closes and weekend shifts
