Are you a hospitality pro with leadership experience looking for your next opportunity? The Eyre Hotel in Whyalla is looking for a casual Duty Manager to lead the team during evening shifts, 4 or 5 nights a week, across a 7-day roster.

About the Role:

As a Duty Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
✅ Overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth service
✅ Leading and motivating the team during busy evening shifts
✅ Providing exceptional customer service and problem-solving on the go
✅ Managing staff, ensuring compliance with RSA and venue policies
✅ Handling cash, security, and stock control

What We’re Looking For:

✔ A background in hospitality – bar, gaming, bistro, or restaurant experience preferred
✔ Leadership experience – previous management, supervisory, or team leader experience
✔ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
✔ Availability to work evenings and weekends across a flexible roster
✔ Current RSA, RSG, TAB, and RP Badge (or willingness to obtain)
