- Passionate about producing quality pub-style meals
- Calm, organised, and able to handle busy service periods
- Confident working both independently and within a team
- Knowledgeable in food safety and allergen awareness
- Reliable, with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
THE NON-NEGOTIABLES 🚨 - Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a commercial kitchen preferred
- Availability across evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and WHS
- Ability to work across a rotating 7-day roster
- Full working rights in Australia
- Must live locally to be considered

ABOUT THE JOB 🍻 This is a casual Chef / Cook role, working across a rotating 7-day roster in a busy kitchen serving locals and visitors to the Clare Valley. You’ll work alongside the Head Chef and team to deliver consistent, high-quality pub meals and modern Australian dishes. Your role will include: - Preparing and cooking meals to a high standard
- Working across lunch and dinner service periods
- Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards
- Managing prep, portion control, and minimising food waste
- Supporting a positive and efficient kitchen environment
- Keeping your section clean, organised, and service-ready
