THE NON-NEGOTIABLES 🚨 - Must be 18+ with full Australian working rights
- Current RSA (SA)
- Basic Gaming Certificate (SA)
- Availability for afternoon, night, weekend, and public holiday shifts
- Willingness to obtain Responsible Person Badge and Advanced Gaming Certificate
- Strong understanding of responsible service and compliance

ABOUT THE JOB 🍻 This is a casual role offering 15–35 hours per week, primarily across afternoon and night shifts. You’ll be working across the gaming room and supporting broader service areas to deliver a seamless guest experience. Your role will include: - Providing professional and attentive service within the gaming room
- Maintaining gaming areas, furniture, and equipment to required standards
- Ensuring venue ambience including lighting, music, and cleanliness is on point
- Supporting food and beverage service where required
- Preparing and serving beverages to a high standard
- Operating gaming terminals and supporting customer enquiries
- Handling cash and using POS systems accurately
- Maintaining presentation and cleanliness across all service areas
- Supporting upselling and contributing to venue performance
- Communicating effectively with team members across the venue
- Following RSA, WHS, and all hotel procedures at all times
- Supporting the team with general duties as required
