We have nine hotels across South Australia, four in the eastern and northern suburbs of Adelaide, three in Mount Gambier, one in Clare, and one in Whyalla. Our hotels deliver our fabulous customers excellent food, service, and experiences! From traditional pub-fare through to a high-end offering. ABOUT THE JOB

We have jobs available across multiple departments whether you have been in the industry a long time or are just starting out! We offer casual, part-time, and full-time roles in conjunction with the Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2020. All our venues are open 7 days a week, from early opens through to late nights. Availability and willingness to work across a 7-day roster are critical in hospitality and we will support you with flexibility in return. 

If you have skills, experience, and/or qualifications in Hospitality, Cookery, Retail, or Management we would love to get to know you!
