About the Role

As a Gaming Attendant, you’ll be responsible for:

• Providing warm, professional service to all guests

• Operating and monitoring gaming machines 

• Ensuring accuracy and compliance with gaming and liquor legislation

• Cash handling and following all security procedures

• Keeping the gaming room clean, welcoming, and well-presented

• Supporting the bar and front-of-house team as required

This is a casual role, offering flexible hours across a 7-day roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Customer-focused, friendly, and approachable

• Confident working independently and in a small team

• Highly attentive to detail with strong accuracy

• Trustworthy, reliable, and well-presented

• Able to remain calm and professional under pressure

• Experienced in hospitality or gaming (preferred but not essential)

Required:

• RSA Certificate

• Basic Gaming Training / Gaming Badge (or willingness to obtain)
