👋 ABOUT YOU

You’re someone who:

• Loves delivering great customer experiences

• Is confident talking products, specials, and promotions

• Takes pride in keeping the shop well-stocked, tidy, and organised

• Can work as part of a team but also handle things solo when needed

• Available evenings and weekends (no super late finishes!)

You’ll need:

• ✔️ To be 18+ with a current RSA

• ✔️ A valid driver’s licence

• ✔️ Availability for 20+ hours per week, including weekdays and occasional weekends

Nice to have (but not essential): Forklift licence and First Aid Certificate (or willingness to get one)

No bottle shop experience? No stress — if you bring the right attitude and customer focus, we’ll teach you the rest.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Bottle Shop Attendant, you’ll be the friendly face customers see when they pop in for their favourites. Your day-to-day will include:

• Delivering warm, knowledgeable customer service

• Recommending products and promoting current specials

• Handling cash and operating the till accurately

• Stock replenishment, stock takes, and display setup

• Supplying liquor internally to hotel departments

• Keeping the bottle shop clean, safe, and well-presented

• Following all RSA, safety, and operational procedures
