About the Role

As a Gaming Attendant, you’ll be responsible for:
✅ Providing exceptional customer service in our gaming room

✅ Excellent skills as a barista and food handling experience 
✅ Handling cash and operating gaming machines with accuracy and efficiency
✅ Ensuring compliance with all gaming regulations and venue policies
✅ Creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere for our guests
✅ Assisting with general venue operations as required

What We’re Looking For

✔ Previous experience in gaming, hospitality, or customer service (preferred but not essential)
✔ Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) & RSG (Responsible Service of Gaming) certificates (or willingness to obtain)
✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
✔ Availability for a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
✔ A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
