- Flexibility to work evenings/nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Competent and trustworthy cash-handling skills.
- RSA certification (essential).
- Gaming certificates are preferred or willing to obtain.
ABOUT THE JOB We’re seeking a dynamic individual with a can-do attitude, exceptional service skills, and attention to detail. The role requires someone reliable and available for evenings, night shifts, and weekends. This role is initially available on a casual basis for 15+ hours per week. Key Responsibilities: - General waiting and service duties, including serving food, coffee, snacks, and bartending.
- Professional service and dispensing of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
- Assisting with gaming machine operations, phone inquiries, and guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Providing prompt, courteous customer service.
- Monitoring gaming areas to ensure compliance with regulations and a safe environment.
- Assisting with cash handling, machine payouts, and general administration tasks.
- Promoting responsible gambling and service practices, offering support when needed.
- Working collaboratively with the team to maintain cleanliness and organization in the gaming lounge.
- Familiarizing yourself with all food and beverage offerings, systems, and till operations.
- Following Safe Work Procedures at all times.
- Ensuring compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) standards.
- Performing any additional duties directed by Management.
