ABOUT THE JOB 🍻

This is a casual Gaming Attendant role, working across a flexible 7-day roster including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

You’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless, compliant guest experience across the gaming room and front-of-house.

Your role will include:

• Delivering warm, attentive, and professional customer service
• Operating and monitoring gaming machines in line with requirements
• Maintaining strict compliance with gaming and liquor regulations
• Handling cash confidently following all procedures
• Keeping the gaming room clean, safe, and inviting
• Supporting bar service including making coffee and pouring drinks
• Assisting front-of-house operations to keep service flowing

This is a hands-on role where professionalism, attention to detail, and guest experience are key.
